Training specialists will provide structured guidance and resources to help you better understand how to use the government portal.

Sessions will cover an overview of the government portal, recent updates made to the government portal, medical management tools, reports, and claims. Training will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Live Training Confidentiality Agreement

You must agree to the following terms and conditions to participate in the Live Training for .

  1. You are participating in the Live Training voluntarily.

    1. You may stop attending the Live Training at any time.
    2. Violation of any of the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement, as deemed by Defense Health Agency or TriWest, shall be grounds for removal from the Live Training.

  2. Sharing of Information is also voluntary.

    1. The group format involves sharing information to help yourself and others in the Live Training sessions.
    2. You may choose to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable during each session.

    3. Any information shared by you and others is confidential.

      1. You shall not share this information outside of the Live Training sessions.

  3. You acknowledge and understand that there are risks, benefits, and consequences associated with this Live Training operating in a virtual environment, including but not limited to, disruption of transmission by technology failures, interruption and/or breaches of confidentiality by unauthorized persons.

  4. You agree not to disclose any information to those outside of the Live Training sessions that may reasonably be used to identify another member of the Live Training sessions.

  5. You agree not to permit the disclosure of any information to those outside of the Live Training sessions during the Live Training sessions to the extent it is within your control.

  6. You agree not to share the meeting link with anyone not authorized by this Registration and Confidentiality Agreement.

  7. You agree not to record any voice conversations, videos, or create still images (e.g. take pictures) of any information shared in these Live Training sessions by the use of any recording device, application, or otherwise.

    1. If it is discovered that you have any such recordings, you will be asked to delete those recordings. Additionally, if you are discovered to begin, or have in your possession, any such recordings, you will be removed from participation in these Live Training sessions.

  8. You acknowledge and agree that TriWest must adhere to professional and ethical guidelines related to confidentiality, as well as state and federal laws governing confidentiality and patient/beneficiary privacy.

  9. You acknowledge and agree that TriWest reserves the right to make disclosures of any information gathered in these Live Training sessions in a manner which is consistent and/or otherwise required by applicable state and federal laws.

  10. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TriWest and the government, including, but not limited to Defense Health Agency and Department of Defense, from any and all claims, judgments, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses, including attorney's fees, whatsoever, Training sessions, including but not limited to, the misuse and/or misappropriation of your personal and/or protected health information shared during the Live Training sessions by another Live Training participant.
