Why Can't I Change My Servicing Provider?

There are several reasons why you may be unable to change your servicing provider through our website.
If you don't see the "Find a different Provider" button, it could be due to one of the reasons below.
  • Your authorization is expired.
  • The provider you are trying to change is the one who is listed on the authorization.
  • The authorization came from your previous (2024) regional contractor.
  • The authorization status is "in progress."
